4. Regarding returns or refusal of return shipping services: If you choose to refuse delivery and return the package for personal reasons (including being unwilling to bear relevant taxes after being taxed), except in cases of severe package damage or mandatory return by customs regulations, a return shipping cost of €25 per package will be charged. This fee will be directly deducted from the total order amount during the refund. For orders under €25, the return cost charged will equal the order amount.
