1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time.
2. Note: The factory store requires a US private address for orders. US credit cards, US debit cards, or US PayPal are acceptable; otherwise, orders will be 100% cancelled. Phone or email communication will not help.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it enters the customer service database. If you are concerned, you can call to check the order status (using Skype or Google Voice, for example). If the customer service tells you the order is "in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days," it is most likely fine.
