2. Note: The factory store requires a US private address for orders. A US credit card, US debit card, or US PayPal is fine; otherwise, orders are 100% canceled, and phone or email communication will not help.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it enters the customer service database. If you're unsure, you can call at this time to check the order status (using Skype or Google Voice, for example). If the customer service tells you the order is "in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days," it's most likely fine.
