1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time.
2. Note that the factory store requires a US private address for ordering. US credit cards, US debit cards, or US PayPal are all acceptable; otherwise, there is a 100% chance of order cancellation, and phone or email communication will not help.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it will enter the customer service database.
