1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time.
2. Note that the factory store requires a US billing address for ordering. A US credit card, US debit card, or US PayPal is fine; otherwise, orders will be 100% cancelled, and communication via phone or email will be ineffective.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it will enter the customer service database. If you're unsure, you can call to check the order status at this time (using Skype or Google Voice, for example). If the customer service tells you the order is "in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days," it's most likely fine.
