Ordering Guide:
1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time.
2. Note: The factory store requires a US private address for ordering. Chinese credit cards, US credit cards, or US PayPal are all acceptable; otherwise, orders will be 100% cancelled, and phone or email communication will be ineffective.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it enters the customer service database. If you're unsure, you can call to check the order status at this time (using Skype or Google Voice, etc.). If the customer service tells you the order is "in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days," it's most likely fine.
