Ordering Guide:
1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time.
2. Note: A US billing address is required for factory store orders. You can use a Chinese credit card, US credit card, or US PayPal, otherwise orders will be 100% canceled, and phone or email communication will not help.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing a Coach order, it enters the customer service database. If you're unsure, you can call at this time to check the order status (via Skype or Google Voice, etc.). If the customer service tells you the order is "in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days," it's most likely fine.
