1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time.
2. Note that the factory store requires a US private address for ordering. A Chinese card, US card, or US PayPal is fine; otherwise, orders are 100% canceled, and phone or email communication will not help.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it enters the customer service database. If you're unsure, you can call at this time to check the order status (using Skype or Google Voice, for example). If the customer service tells you the order is in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days, it's most likely fine.
