Ordering Guide:
1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time.
2. Note: For the factory store, you must use a US billing address to place an order. A Chinese card, US card, or US PayPal is fine; otherwise, the order will be 100% canceled, and communication via phone or email will be ineffective.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it enters the customer service database. If you're unsure, you can call to check the order status at this time (using Skype, Google Voice, etc.). If the customer service representative tells you the order is "in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days," it's most likely fine.
Tips:
Coach Outlet is the Coach factory store. During sales, bag prices are often as low as 30% off, far lower than the official Coach website. Orders at Coach Outlet can also be difficult to place. A US card and US billing address are recommended. Feel free to try multiple times.
