Ordering Guide:
1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to be invite-only, but now anyone can register at any time.
2. Note: The factory store requires a US private address for orders. US credit cards, US debit cards, or US PayPal are fine; otherwise, orders will be 100% cancelled. Phone or email communication will not help.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it will enter the customer service database. If you're unsure, you can call to check the order status at this time (using Skype or Google Voice, for example). If the customer service representative tells you the order is "in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days," it's most likely fine.
