Ordering Guide:
1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time;
2. Note: For the factory store, you must use a US billing address to place an order. A Chinese card, US card, or US PayPal is fine; otherwise, the order will be 100% cancelled, and phone or email communication will be ineffective;
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it enters the customer service database. If you're unsure, you can call at this time to check the order status (via Skype or Google Voice, etc.). If the customer service tells you the order is in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days, it's most likely fine.
Tips:
Coach Outlet is the Coach factory store. During warehouse openings, bag prices are often as low as 30% off, far lower than the official Coach website. Orders are also difficult to place at Coach Outlet; a US card and US billing address are recommended. Feel free to try multiple times.
