Ordering Guide:
1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time;
2. Note: A US billing and shipping address is required for the factory store. You can use a Chinese credit card, US credit card, or US PayPal, otherwise orders will be 100% canceled, and phone or email communication will not help;
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it will enter the customer service database. If you're unsure, you can call to check the order status at this time (using Skype or Google Voice, etc.). If the customer service tells you the order is in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days, it's most likely fine.
