Overseas Shopping Guide:
1. Coach Outlet is the former factory store. It used to require an invitation to register, but now anyone can register at any time.
2. Note: For the factory store, you must use a US billing address when placing an order. A Chinese credit card, US credit card, or US PayPal is fine, otherwise there is a 100% chance of order cancellation. Phone or email communication will not help.
3. Generally, 8-12 hours after placing an order with Coach, it will enter the customer service database. If you are concerned, you can call to check the order status at this time (using Skype or Google Voice, for example). If the customer service tells you the order is "in the warehouse and will be shipped in 1-2 business days," it is most likely fine.
Brand Guide:
Coach Outlet is the Coach factory store. During warehouse sales, bag prices are often as low as 70% off, far lower than the official Coach website. Coach Outlet orders can also be difficult to place. A US credit card and US billing address are recommended. Feel free to try multiple times.
