Ordering Guide:

1. The website has multiple sites including the US site and Hong Kong site. The China site offers direct shipping to mainland China.

2. The website supports Alipay payments, as well as credit cards, UnionPay, and Alipay, making it cross-border shopping friendly. Prices on the official Chinese site already include customs duties.

3. Switching to HKD currency settlement allows delivery to Hong Kong at a lower price (some items' pricing advantage is equivalent to an additional approximately 8.9% discount). You can also switch to RMB for direct delivery to mainland China with tax included, and free shipping for orders over ¥3,500. Users can choose based on their needs. Direct shipping takes about one week. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.

4. Note: For Final Sale items, unconditional returns are not supported for users in the US, Canada, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Private Client users will not be affected.
