Ordering Guide:

1. The website has multiple sites including the US site and Hong Kong site. The China site supports direct shipping to mainland China.

2. The website accepts Alipay payments, credit cards, UnionPay, and Alipay, making it international shopping friendly. Prices on the Chinese site already include duties.

3. Switching to HKD currency for checkout allows delivery to Hong Kong at a lower price (the pricing advantage on some items is equivalent to an additional roughly 11% discount). You can also switch to RMB for tax-inclusive direct delivery to mainland China, with free shipping on orders over ¥3,500. Users can choose based on their needs. Direct shipping takes about one week. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.

4. Note: For Final Sale items, unconditional returns are not supported for users in the US, Canada, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Private Client users are not affected.
