1. When checking out with a domestic address, customs duties will be estimated and shown directly in the price field. Free shipping on orders over $100.
2. After placing an order, you'll receive an email from Forward requesting your name and ID number. Please reply accurately—this is for customs clearance, not to tax you. Delivery takes 7-15 business days after shipment. Once in the country, it will be delivered by SF Express, YTO, or Yunda. If the package is lost, FWRD will provide compensation within 45 business days.
