Ordering Guide:
1. When checking out, selecting a domestic address will include estimated duties, with the amount displayed in the price column. Free shipping on orders over $100.
2. After placing an order, you will receive an email from Forward requesting your name and ID number. Please respond accurately—this is for customs clearance, not for taxation. Delivery arrives 7-15 business days after shipping, and within China, it will be handled by SF Express, YTO, or Yunda. If a package is lost, FWRD will provide compensation within 45 business days.
3. Forward has global unified pricing, matching US domestic prices. There is no price increase for shipping to China, and there is no limit of one item per order.
4. The site supports direct shipping to China and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Chinese credit cards.
5. To comply with customs requirements, FWRD has added a new identity information collection feature: if a customer's package count exceeds the limit within a certain period, additional recipient information will be required. If not submitted in time, the order will be automatically canceled after 72 hours.
