1. FWRD (also called Forward) has a Chinese website and Chinese customer service. Supports Visa, MasterCard credit cards, UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
2. Ordering on FWRD is like shopping on domestic sites. Just register an account and buy. The final amount is displayed directly in the price field, and the price at checkout is the final price you pay. To ensure smooth customs clearance, the recipient needs to provide their name and ID information on the checkout page. If there are no customs delays, items are expected to arrive within 10 – 20 working days.
3. Free shipping on orders over $100. Domestic delivery in China is handled by SF Express, YTO Express, or Yunda Express. If a package is lost, FWRD will provide compensation within 45 working days.
4. FWRD has global unified pricing, which is the same as the US domestic price. The price will not increase when shipping to China, and there is no limit on the number of items per order.
