Ordering Guide:
1. When checking out, selecting a domestic address will include prepaid customs duties. The amount will be displayed directly in the price field. Free shipping on orders over $100.
2. After placing an order, you will receive an email from Forward requesting your name and ID number. Please reply accurately, as this is for customs clearance purposes, not for taxation. Delivery takes 7-15 business days after shipment. Once in China, packages are delivered by SF Express, YTO Express, or Yunda Express. If a package is lost, FWRD will provide compensation within 45 business days.
3. Forward offers global uniform pricing, which is the same as U.S. domestic prices. Prices will not increase for shipments to China, and there is no limit on the number of items per order.
4. The website supports direct shipping to China and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Chinese credit cards.
5. To comply with customs clearance requirements, FWRD has added an identity information collection feature. If a customer's number of packages exceeds the limit within a certain period, additional recipient information will be required. If not submitted in time, the system will automatically cancel the order after 72 hours.
