Ordering Guide:
1. When checking out, selecting a domestic address will include estimated duties, with the amount displayed directly in the price field. Free shipping on orders over $100.
2. After placing an order, you will receive an email from Forward requesting your name and ID number. Please reply accurately, as this is for customs clearance, not for taxing you. Delivery arrives 7-15 business days after shipment, and within China, it will be handled by SF Express, YTO, or Yunda. If the package is lost, FWRD will provide compensation within 45 business days.
3. Forward has unified global pricing, which is the same as U.S. domestic prices. There will be no price increase for shipping to China, and there is no limit of one item per order.
4. The website supports direct shipping to China and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Chinese credit cards.
5. To comply with customs clearance requirements, FWRD has added a new identity information collection feature: if a customer's package count exceeds the limit within a certain period, additional recipient information will be required. If not submitted in time, the system will automatically cancel the order after 72 hours.
