1. Selecting a domestic address at checkout will include estimated duties, with the amount shown directly in the price field. Free shipping on orders over $100.
2. After placing your order, you'll receive an email from Forward requesting your name and ID number. Please reply accurately—this is for customs clearance, not additional taxes. Delivery takes 7-15 business days after shipment, with domestic delivery by SF Express, YTO, or Yunda. If your package is lost, FWRD will provide compensation within 45 business days.
3. Forward offers global uniform pricing—same as U.S. domestic prices—so shipping to China won't increase the cost, and there's no limit of one item per order.
