Madewell is a casual clothing brand from the United States, founded in 1937, starting out by making jeans. Today, Madewell, as the younger sister brand of J. Crew, is priced 20% to 30% lower than the main J. Crew line. Madewell's flagship store is located in New York, with 18 stores across the US. Madewell launched its online store in the summer of 2010.
