1. Free international direct shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a $10 international shipping fee applies. At each city's postal sorting center, dedicated staff translate foreign addresses into Chinese and write them on the mail.
2. For overseas shoppers, it's best to include your phone number on the second line of the shipping address, e.g., "TEL:13511111112". Make sure the postal code is correct, as several postal stages from abroad to China rely on the postal code for regional delivery.
3. Among the three shipping methods, the second is least recommended. For the first method, starting April 1, 2019, for a single item valued under 5,000 RMB, only a 9.1% customs duty is charged. This means items worth up to about $740 USD (based on real-time exchange rates) shipped via the first method will only incur a 9.1% duty instead of 11.2%. Pay the tax during checkout and wait for delivery. The third method is free trackable international postal shipping; no tax is paid at checkout, but the package may be subject to random inspection and tax upon arrival at the domestic port, with a chance of being taxed.
