1. Shop Premium Outlets is the online store of the premium outlet shopping centers under Simon, a major US commercial real estate group. Premium Outlets is the name of the physical outlet stores. Products are reliable and genuine.
2. As this is a mall, products are supplied by the stores within it. Different items ship from different locations. As some items are shipped directly by the brand, there may be slight shipping delays. Please be patient.
3. The website does not support direct shipping outside the US. It only ships to US domestic addresses with free shipping within the US. Except for Final Sale items, other products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Generate a return label and use FedEx for the return. The merchant will process the return package within 5 business days. Depending on the payment method, refunds may take 5-10 business days.
4. As the merchant assigns a specific return address for each item, if you need to return multiple items, please check the item list on each Return Label to avoid returning the wrong item.
5. Lost or damaged packages: If your tracking information shows delivered (but you haven't received the package), search for it and wait 3 days before contacting customer service. If you receive a damaged package, keep all damaged items and contact customer service.
