Ordering Guide:

2. Supports direct shipping to China. Orders shipped to countries outside Canada are divided into two groups, Group A and Group B. Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan belong to Group A, with a flat shipping fee of $42 per order.
3. All orders shipped outside Canada are tax-inclusive, already covering the duties for the destination country. No additional fees are required.
4. If orders from Mainland China are shipped via the US, some products may be more affordable. For shipments to the US, full-price items over $150 or discounted items over $300 qualify for free domestic shipping within the US.

6. If you choose to ship to the US first and then forward to China, orders with a total value under $800 shipped to the US are usually not subject to additional customs duties.
7. Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Other items can be returned for free within 30 days. If the price drops within 14 days of purchase, you can contact customer service for a refund of the difference.
