1. Harrods direct shipping orders still follow the previous policy. Shipping directly to Hong Kong, Macau, or Mainland China continues to refund the 16.6% UK VAT! After selecting a direct shipping address, the displayed price will be the price after VAT refund, which remains advantageous. It's still a good option for purchasing skincare and cosmetics.
2. Shipping is a flat rate of ￡25 per order, with no weight limit, and worldwide direct shipping is supported. However, many items cannot be shipped directly to Mainland China. Shipping to Hong Kong is more favorable, as purchases are duty-free. Therefore, compared to direct shipping to China, we recommend domestic users interested in overseas shopping to use a forwarding address via Hong Kong or Macau. There are many personal parcel forwarding services on Taobao, but these services carry risks, so do your research!
3. Unfortunately, direct shipping to the US from this site does not refund VAT and charges shipping. Previously, many users chose to forward via the US, but this is no longer cost-effective. The only viable option now is to go through Hong Kong.
