Regarding gift card returns:
If you spend $1055 and receive a $100 gift card, then return $45 worth of items, your order total after return is $1010, still above the $1000 threshold, so you keep the $100 gift card. If you return $65 worth of items, your order total after return is $990, which is below the $1000 threshold but above $500, so the gift card will be downgraded from $100 to $50.
If you need to return an item but worry about downgrading:
Contact customer service by phone or online chat. Provide your order number, state that you want to return a specific item, and to avoid downgrading, you wish to purchase another item instead. Then ask the agent to help you place a new order via phone or chat for an item that prevents downgrading. Follow the agent's instructions to complete the order. About the promo code:

Standard return policy:
