The birthday gift is once per year per account. You must first add your personal information to your account. If you don't add it, you won't receive a birthday gift.

Do not try to change your birthday registration date to get more birthday gifts. It is only once per year per account.
2. Points Expiration
Smashbox points are reset once a year. The calculation period starts from the date you joined the membership. For example, if you joined on May 19, 2018, your points will reset on May 19, 2019. So keep track of your points and be aware of the reset date.
