When Lee Addison Lesley and Katherine Weeks Mulford first began designing jewelry together, they were drawn to the natural beauty of gemstones. Each stone has its own unique cut and quality, as one-of-a-kind as a painting. Lee and Kat realized that in jewelry, every gemstone can be as distinctive as the person wearing it. Art has always been the common language between Lee and Kat, two Southern designers who have known each other for 20 years. Inspired by her travels, Lee is drawn to Florentine art. Kat leans toward a more modern aesthetic—pop art and vintage styles. After working at Turq Jewelry for a decade, the two saw a demand for versatile, high-quality jewelry and launched Addison Weeks in 2012. Despite their different artistic perspectives and influences, Lee and Kat push each other to design pieces that blend their tastes. The resulting collection is classic and subtle, with each piece being one of a kind.
Addison Weeks was named one of Oprah's Favorite Things in 2016. The collection can be found in boutiques and leading luxury markets nationwide.
