Air France (a subsidiary of the Air France-KLM Group), commonly referred to as Air France, is a French airline and also the national flag carrier of France. Founded in 1933, it acquired KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in May 2004, thereby forming the Air France-KLM Group (Air France-KLM). Air France-KLM is established under French law, with its headquarters located at Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport. The Air France-KLM Group is one of the largest airlines in the world. Air France-KLM is a member of the "SkyTeam" alliance, and Air France is one of the founding members of "SkyTeam." In December 2018, the World Brand Lab released the 2018 World's Top 500 Brands, ranking Air France 202nd.
