The idea for Better Not Younger was born while I was struggling to find products suitable for my own changing hair. After 25 years working on hair care brands at Procter & Gamble and L'Oréal, I was surprised that women like me still had very few hair care brands to choose from. At Better Not Younger, I set out to develop the first products that address the fact that hair changes with age, but more importantly, to change the way people think about aging. I see aging as a way to unlock potential, an opportunity every day to look better, and I wanted to launch a brand that speaks to capable women, empowering them to believe that you can look better without being younger.
