B?hme was founded by two sisters from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil—Vivien and Fernanda B?hme—who immigrated to the United States at a young age. Due to the typical struggles of an immigrant family, they began working from an early age. Their strong work ethic, dedication, and passion for success led them to open B?hme in 2006, when they were just 23 and 24 years old. Vivien serves as CEO, bringing her business acumen, while Fernanda acts as Creative Director, contributing her design vision. Today, our stores are located across the western United States, and we employ over 200 women.
