Charlotte was born into a family of artists and designers in Kingston, Ontario, with design running through her veins. She graduated from FIDM's renowned footwear design program, learning every aspect of shoemaking firsthand under the guidance of Italian artisan shoemakers, and built a thriving Los Angeles-based footwear brand over more than a decade.
In 2014, Charlotte founded her eponymous label, bringing her personal vision for footwear to life—a collection of shoes that express her joy and passion for craftsmanship. Now based in Southern California, Charlotte's sunny lifestyle, her vintage shoe museum (affectionately called the Charchive), and her universal love for art and design influence her design sensibility and production techniques.
