Dudley Stephens' collection began in a small factory in Brooklyn, New York.As we grew, we recognized the need to scale production—a priority that became urgent when the 2020 pandemic hit close to home with the closure of our Brooklyn factory.To continue meeting customer demand, we quickly diversified our production, seeking like-minded, eco-conscious manufacturing partners in the United States and Central America, and establishing a factory in Asia that is also women-owned.
