The G-Star brand was founded in 1989 by Dutchman Jos Van Tilburg. In 1992, internationally renowned denim expert Pierre Morisser (from Lee in Germany) joined G-Star as Chief Designer. As a denim specialist, G-Star places great emphasis on the quality of every product, continuously striving to research and improve technology while also focusing on creativity.
