Founders Dan Maravilla and Trent Valladares grew up in Southern California in the late 1980s as teenagers, with music initially bringing them together. After years of navigating the music and art scenes, they decided to launch a small family startup fashion business. Early collections caught the attention of many world-renowned brands, and they began designing and manufacturing for numerous well-known labels.
In 2010, more than two decades after Dan and Trent first stepped into the fashion world, HEX was born. HEX draws on their decades of experience in fashion, music, and art, equipping the next generation of creators with products that allow everyone to explore the outer limits of their potential.
