Lily Charmed started as a family business and remains one to this day. Founder Lucy Lee works alongside her husband Jonathan, her sister Jessica Pearce, and her cousins Becky, Poppy, and Emma. Lily Charmed is an ideal workplace where everyone is valued, and it has a fun family atmosphere—the kind of place you want to go to every day!
We operate on the principle that if something doesn't sell, we stop selling it and move on to other avenues. This keeps our charm designs fresh and relevant. We also use Facebook and Instagram to get suggestions and ideas from customers—it really helps with inspiration!
We also have strong ethical standards that we uphold. All of our charms are made from recycled silver and are cast in Bali by a cooperative where every worker receives a share of the profits. Lucy regularly visits our manufacturers to stay connected with every step of the jewelry-making process, ensuring quality and peace of mind.
