LINDA FARROW luxury eyewear brand was founded in 1970 and quickly rose to widespread acclaim. Linda herself, originally a fashion designer, was one of the first to regard sunglasses as a fashion statement, always keeping her finger on the pulse of the times. A tireless experimenter, Farrow pioneered many shapes and styles that remain popular to this day. Her groundbreaking use of form helped elevate eyewear into the realm of high fashion, with avant-garde styles favored by celebrities such as Yoko Ono and collaborations with brands including Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, and Sonia Rykiel.
After a 20-year hiatus, the brand was revived in 2003 when Farrow's son, Simon, discovered a vast archive of vintage sunglasses in the family's London warehouse. The brand was relaunched under the new name "Linda Farrow Vintage."
