Lovebox?started in 2015, when Jean went to MIT in Boston to study robotics while his fiancée Melodie remained in France. He wanted to find a way not just to send messages, but to send his love across any distance. That's how Lovebox was born, built in a makerspace in France (that's the cute wooden box on the left in the picture). When visitors to the makerspace discovered Lovebox, they believed this invention could help not only long-distance couples, but also everyone send special love to all their loved ones. As a startup, Lovebox was born with a unique mission: to use technology to help people feel and express love.
