The first Magnum boot was created in 1982 based on the direct needs of the FBI Training Center, to produce lightweight, athletic, and comfortable tactical boots. As demand for these boots grew, we invested time in researching what end users truly needed from Magnum boots. End users told us they needed mid-cut styles in a variety of popular designs, including full leather, waterproof, and steel toe versions. We established our own dedicated Magnum Tactical Advisory Council (MTAC) to provide valuable feedback and guidance from end users. MTAC is made up of members from various emergency services and the military, who work alongside the Magnum development team to test and advise on all new product development. This helps ensure all Magnum footwear truly "fits" and continues to exceed end user requirements.
