Marshalls was acquired by TJX in 1995 and, together with TJ Maxx, formed Marmaxx, the largest off-price apparel and home fashion retailer in the United States. Marshalls has stores across the U.S., including Puerto Rico. Marshalls also operates an e-commerce website, marshalls.com, which launched in 2019.
