Muddy Trowel was originally founded to support growers and gardeners during the COVID-19 crisis. Steve (our founder) heard that while he himself was recovering from COVID-19, the lockdown would have a significant impact on the UK horticulture industry. As a keen amateur gardener and entrepreneur, Steve believed he could help the industry and fulfill Muddy Trowel's mission of bringing joy to customers while making gardening easy. With the help of old friends and colleagues, Muddy Trowel was born and has been providing customers with carefully curated, pre-designed plant collections.
