After founder and serial entrepreneur Kilee Nickels couldn't find gold versions of her favorite statement earrings, she decided to design her own using leather on hand from her previous accessories business. Fast forward seven years, what began as a side project in Nickels' small basement workshop has grown into a national brand with three retail locations, plus a design office and production facility in Kansas City.
