Printemps was originally a high-end department store chain under the Pinault Printemps-Redoute group, the world's third-largest luxury and retail giant. It was later acquired by Maurizio Borletti — chairman and majority shareholder of Italy's renowned La Rinascente department store — together with RREEF, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank. After the acquisition, the Borletti group allowed Printemps to retain its original name and preserve its French identity. Since being controlled by the Pinault Printemps-Redoute group in 1992, Printemps has spent over two decades carefully cultivating its position and has firmly secured its place as the leading department store in France. It offers a wide range of products, from high-end luxury goods to affordable clothing, beauty products, entertainment, and home accessories, earning a strong reputation. The flagship Parisian store on Boulevard Haussmann has a history dating back over 100 years. This building, constructed between the late 19th and early 20th centuries, has become a classic landmark on a Parisian street corner, with an interior decoration that is truly magnificent.
