She dreamed of launching Roccabox, a monthly subscription beauty box, and debuted it in March 2016—when beauty boxes were still in their infancy and the world had yet to realize their potential. As an early adopter, Tia decided that each month's Roccabox should be curated by a beloved beauty influencer—so for over a year, every Roccabox was assembled by an Insta-famous personality.
