Andy Paltos and Sarah Gilsenan, a married couple, worked for several international denim brands over the past decade before transitioning from colleagues to collaborative design partners, launching their clothing line Rolla's. Rolla's jeans and apparel reflect the designers' personal experiences and interests, from 1980s photography to skateboarding to bar rock bands—all of which convey the laid-back Australian lifestyle of the brand's headquarters. Paltos and Gilsenan have focused Rolla's designs on clean silhouettes and minimalist details, using styling and cuts to communicate their vision.
