As a working mother of four, Deb needed large, sturdy, and affordable tote bags to carry all of her family's belongings without feeling heavy. When she couldn't find them, she made them. A former Vogue editor and celebrity stylist with nearly four decades of experience in the fashion industry, Deb's keen eye and creative vision are the driving forces behind the SCOUT brand.
