TOG24 was founded in 1958 by Donald Ward in West Yorkshire. "Big D" served as a millwright apprentice, repairing looms for the thriving textile industry around Dewsbury at the time. By the late 1950s, he had gained enough knowledge to establish his own factory. TOG24?is headquartered in Heckmondwike, a town in the Spen Valley. Initially producing footwear, the company expanded into sports bags and football kits in the 1970s, eventually moving into waterproofs and fleece. As the brand grew in popularity, ski wear and casual wear were added. All of our clothing was originally produced at the headquarters we still own today; however, to ensure we remain competitive and keep our doors open, we made the difficult decision to begin manufacturing overseas.
