Founded in 2015 by Wray Serna, WRAY is a New York-based inclusive, art-inspired clothing brand. Wray Serna graduated from the California Institute of the Arts, continued her studies at Parsons School of Design in Paris, and then began her adventure at Issey Miyake and Rachel Comey. Serna's interest in art and design stems from a deep passion for both, and each season she creates clothing that emphasizes form and function, influenced by sculpture, painting, and other fields. While her collections are designed and developed in New York, each garment is ethically produced through fair-trade operations in India, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Peru.
