ZENTS began with founder Cord Coen's life-changing car accident.Suffering from physical and brain injuries, including chronic pain, severe migraines, and a near-total loss of smell, Cord underwent two years of rehabilitation.When his recovery stalled, doctors told him he would never get better.Refusing to accept this fate, Cord chose a new path—packing his bags and traveling from Boulder, Colorado, all the way to India.With the support of his loving parents and a caring Indian host family, he spent an entire year practicing yoga, receiving massage and internal herbal treatments, and dedicating 8 hours daily to pranayama and meditation.Finally, he found a miraculous feeling... the pain subsided, his sense of smell and taste returned, and his body healed.In this place of healing, the idea for ZENTS was born.
